ORDERING POLICIES
For any cake order, the following rules apply:
When placing an order, it is suggested that you give 4-6 weeks notice to ensure the date you want is available. I book fast and can never guarantee availability, as orders come in and deposits are placed daily. I book first come, first serve for all orders. For example, if space is available at the beginning of the day, it can be gone by the end of it due to deposits placed.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold your event date. For any orders placed with a quoted price of less than $100.00 your non refundable payment is required in full at time of order. Your remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your booked date as final confirmation of your cake order. Any orders that are cancelled 14 days prior to your booked date will be refunded. (This does not include your $100.00 non refundable deposit)
For orders that are not cancelled 14 days prior to your booked date, your money will not be refunded for any reason or circumstance, and you will be responsible for payment in full for your order to Cakes by Erin. Cake orders placed within the 14 day period are non refundable and a full balance is due.
Your order will not be available for pickup or delivery until final payment is made in full.
Any changes made to your order after confirmation of booking may result in a change of price.
No changes to an order can be made within the 14 days prior to your order date.
This includes: Rescheduling, size, flavor, design, detail, and delivery changes if applicable.
Any changes prior to the 14 days are subject to availability.
